Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

Ethereal Made operates on a pre-order basis to ensure sustainability and exclusivity. Each item is made to order, which means manufacturing takes 4-6 weeks before shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once production is complete, orders will be shipped based on your selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays.

Order Updates & Tracking

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your pre-order is placed.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We aim to provide affordable and reliable shipping options.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally! However, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Address Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
• Due to the pre-order nature of our brand, cancellations are not allowed once production begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Ethereal Made is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
